    Hello ACP!

    I am Kenneth1000 one of the leaders of The Army Of Club Penguin. I first joined ACP in early 2009 and have rose up the Ranks until I have become ACP Leader with Flipper7706. ACP has always been my first army and first priority when it comes to CP Armies. My biggest goal is just simply to become and be remembered as a good ACP Leader like Oagal, Shab, Iasgae, and Boomer just to name a few. Another more personal goal of mine is to become a better leader on Club Penguin. As an ACP Leader I promise to stay with you guys through thick and thin. One of my many achievements is creating and planning War Plan Oagal which is the plan that took down the Nacho Empire in less then a week! Another is leading the Invasion of Mammoth with Flipper. If you are new to ACP and have questions you can go and ask me on Chat or comment on the ACP Help Page. After you join ACP please join ACPTR as well to learn the basics of being in this army. Make sure to be loyal to this army! I am on ACP Chat almost all the time. Don't be frightened to talk to me. I am very friendly. :D My duty is keeping ACP on Top of the Top 10 and I hope to lead ACP to victory on the battlefield every time I am leading on CP.     I'm Oagalthorp, the creator of the ACP. I founded the Army fo Club Penguin on September 29, 2006, and I have been leading or helping it ever since. I led the ACP to victory in WWII ( ACP vs Romans ), WWIII ( ACP, RPF, & CPAF vs UMA & Nachos ), the GPR War, the Golds War, several Nacho Wars, and countless other endeavors.

This page contains the Bills that the ACP Senate/Government officials have already passed, and ones that are being worked on at the moment:

PASSED BILLS

The Free Speech Bill

  1. No type of punishment shall be administered for criticism, unless the criticism includes offensive language or sexist, racist, or ethnicist content or is a spam message.
  2. The “no being ’smart’ to the mods” rule will be removed from the chat rules. However, if this “smartness” is displayed arbitrarily to just infuriate the mod, this falls under the catagory of spam and will be punished as such.
  3. This bill applies to both owners and mods.
  4. Any violations of this bill can be reported to an owner (unless an owner committed the violation, in which case they shall be reported to a main owner, or a main owner committed this violation, in which case the senate will decide on their punishment through a vote) for punishment to be administered.

The Small Army Ally Bill

This Bill will outline the ACP’s policy with Small Armies becoming allies:

1. Since tracking down all the Small Armies that want to be allies with us and adding them to the allies page is tedious, time-consuming, and takes up a lot of space, the ACP’s policy with Small Armies being allies will be a “You don’t attack us, we don’t attack you” policy.  This means:

  • All Small Armies who wish to be allies with us are our allies.  They need not apply, for as long as they don’t attack us, they will not be attacked by us.
  • All Small Armies that are our allies will not be put on the Allies page, because as long as they don’t attack us, we won’t be provoked to attack them.  Therefore, a page reminding us not to attack them is not needed.
  • Any Small Armies that attack the ACP will be attacked themselves by that group, however, no large scale invasion will be launched on them unless they become a serious problem, in which further action will be taken.

2. The benefits that Small Armies who choose to be our allies will recieve are as follows:

  • They, provided they own no land of their own, will be able to use our land for recruitment/battles, provided they do not claim it as their own.
  • If the ACP attacks a server that they share with the army being attacked, they will still get to claim that server as their own.

3. The ACP is NOT, however, obliged to:

  • Give troops.
  • Help that army recruit (unless the leader agrees to help with such things).
  • Help that army in a conflict, except in special circumstances (ex. A large army is attacking that small army simply out of hate/greed).

The Rotten Meat Bill

  1. Seanehawk will be banned from ACP chat for life
  2. He will be banned from ever being allowed to rejoin ACP
  3. Any leader who breaks the clauses of this bill will be impeached without trial and will be prevented from holding a leadership position for the remainder of their time in ACP
  4. This bill can only be undone by a 2/3 majority in the Senate where the vote consists of a minimum of 8 total votes of Senators

Sinking the Ship Bill- By Shaboomboom

A. Removed from the ACP Senate
B. Removed from the legends page

Klug’s Medal of Honor Bill- By Klug, slightly modified by Flip and Ken
This bill states that
A. Oagalthorp can solely without anyone’s approval award the Medal of Honor to a person.
B. Boomer and Shaboomboom can award the Medal of Honor to a person with each others approval.
C. The Current Leaders can award the Medal of Honor provided Oagalthorp approves.

Two Leaders Bill- By Kenneth and presented by Flipper
In the event there are two leaders of the Army of Club Penguin, the two leaders must consult with each other before making major decisions such as declaring war.

No More Cas Bill- By Jcapp64

This bill forbids Casiusbrutus from joining the
A. Army of Club Penguin
B. ACP Senate
C. The Army of Club Penguin Training Regiment
