  • About Kenneth1000

    Hello ACP!

I am Kenneth1000 one of the leaders of The Army Of Club Penguin. I first joined ACP in early 2009 and have rose up the Ranks until I have become ACP Leader with Flipper7706. ACP has always been my first army and first priority when it comes to CP Armies. My biggest goal is just simply to become and be remembered as a good ACP Leader like Oagal, Shab, Iasgae, and Boomer just to name a few. Another more personal goal of mine is to become a better leader on Club Penguin. As an ACP Leader I promise to stay with you guys through thick and thin. One of my many achievements is creating and planning War Plan Oagal which is the plan that took down the Nacho Empire in less then a week! Another is leading the Invasion of Mammoth with Flipper. If you are new to ACP and have questions you can go and ask me on Chat or comment on the ACP Help Page. After you join ACP please join ACPTR as well to learn the basics of being in this army. Make sure to be loyal to this army! I am on ACP Chat almost all the time. Don't be frightened to talk to me. I am very friendly. :D My duty is keeping ACP on Top of the Top 10 and I hope to lead ACP to victory on the battlefield every time I am leading on CP. I have no idea how long I will lead ACP for, but I hope while I am leading ACP you all will have a fun and great time here! If you want to contact me you can email me if you have any suggestions to improve ACP or anything else.

You can contact me at acp.kenneth1000@hotmail.com

I'm Oagalthorp, the creator of the ACP. I founded the Army fo Club Penguin on September 29, 2006, and I have been leading or helping it ever since. I led the ACP to victory in WWII ( ACP vs Romans ), WWIII ( ACP, RPF, & CPAF vs UMA & Nachos ), the GPR War, the Golds War, several Nacho Wars, and countless other endeavors.

I retired in 2008 but I am currently an advisor to the ACP. I banned my penguin ( Oagalthorp ) so that no one could hack that account, and I now use the penguin Dog83466.

ACP Beginners Guide Part #1: Rules

Hello ACP!

New to ACP and the army community? Then this post is for you! This week I’ll be talking about ACP’s rules. ACP’s rules are an important part of who we are. It makes us the safest and in some people’s eyes the most childish army around. But whatever they have to say we disagree. The rules keep everyone safe and make our army bully-free and great for all ages!

Why does ACP have rules?

ACP has always had two sets of rules, the commenting rules for the website and our chat rules. These rules work to keep everyone of any age safe and prevents for the most part cyber bullying. We take pride in our child friendly environment and want to make club penguin armies a better place for everyone without the need to swear and use inappropriate language.

What happens if you’re kicked or banned?

For the most part you shouldn’t worry too much. Don’t overreact and rage quit just wait out your ban and try your best to prevent any further punishment in the future. Kicks are like warnings, its to tell you what you said or did was wrong and you shouldn’t do it again. A ban is if you break countless rules or break an auto ban rule. To prevent being punished in the first place try to get familiar with the rules and use your head, if you know it’s bad you probably shouldn’t say it in the first place. If you’re sure it’s an unfair ban (meaning you didn’t break any rules) send it to our reports page HERE and an owner will get back to you.

What are ACP’s rules?

1. Website Rules:

  1. No spamming (Repeated advertising).
  2. No flooding (Repeated messages, being annoying, or trying to distort the page size).
  3. No arguing (Debates are alright).
  4. No innapropreate words or conversations.
  5. No rebellions.

2. ACP Rules:

  1. Follow orders given by superior officers and soldiers.
  2. Don’t attack anyone unless they attack you or a superior officer/soldier orders you too.
  3. Don’t let anyone else claim to be the leader.

3. ACP Chat Rules:

  1. No Bad Language – This means do not say anything that would be deemed inappropriate.  This includes general curse words, racial slurs, homophobic language, and sexual language.  If someone says a basic curse word, kick them first.  If they repeat the offense, you may ban them for 1 hour.  If they have been banned for this repeatedly, you may increase the length of the punishment.  Anything else (f-word, racist comments, homophobic slurs, and sexual language) is a ban the first time – no warnings.  These can be for any amount of time determined my the banner.
  2. No Advertising (Spamming) – Do not come on chat and spam links to your site or chat, unless it is for a specific purpose, such as a meeting.  If you want to give someone a link, do it in pc.  Also, there is no spamming of inappropriate links (porn, inappropriate pictures/videos, etc.).  Spamming a link is a kick only offense, unless it is repeated despite the warning.  Then the punishment can be either a ban or being made a guest.  Porn links, etc. will result in a 6 hour to Forever ban with no warning required.
  3. No Flooding (Being annoying) – This includes no talking in CAPS.  The only exception is if a leader needs to give an order in a battle situation.  This also includes typing random letters or smilies repeatedly.  The punishment is kick only.
  4. No Politics or Religion – This usually results in arguements, so stay away from it.  It is not punishable unless it begins to make people angry, but it is suggested that it be stayed away from as much as possible.  If the situation begins to escalate, the punishment is a kick, however, if the problem becomes a full argument, those participating are to be banned for 1 Hour.
  5. No Joining or Helping Enemies – Soldiers of enemy armies are not permitted on chat during war time.  During war time, Martial Law can be declared, in which case, enemy soldiers are to be made guests and then banned.
  6. No Asking to Be a Moderator/Owner – This is a verbal warning first, followed by a kick if it persists.
  7. Follow Orders – If a superior (usually a leader) gives you a direct order, you must carry it out.
  8. No Personal Pics/Info – Please do not post pictures of yourself on main chat, because not everyone wants to know what you look like.  Likewise, do not post your personal information (hometown, address, phone number, cell number, email, etc.) on main chat.
  9. No Bribes - Do not promise anyone that they can be a mod for doing something or for giving you xats and days.  No exceptions.
