I understand Shab is making a reply to this post, and I ask that this doesn’t turn this into a war of words. I do not want a civil war in ACP with sides being taken, this is merely a post telling you to stop please. You do not have the authority to do any of the threats you made and we ask you to stop making them, stop making pointless threats. Ken and I have our flaws, and if you wish to turn this into a civil war you are hurting not yourself, but ACP.

Over the past few months people have been joking with me about Shaboomboom being dictator of ACP, and how he is really in charge, and I laugh along with them oblivious to the fact that they were telling the truth. For too long now Shaboomboom has been the leader behind the scenes of ACP, making all the decisions with us just his puppets. What finally made me realize this was a post Shaboomboom made, the “Ultimatum”.

For months and months we thought that we were the leaders of ACP, and now we’ve realized were not. Shaboomboom threatens us, and continually labels it “constructive criticism” to make us get the job done, if we didn’t particularly want to do it, he would force us. A few of the major decisions in the past months were ultimately made by Shaboomboom, and I’ll start with the demotion of Stew20. Stew was demoted for a few legit reasons discussed by the leaders, but also because of one person. Yup. It’s him again.

STEW20 INCIDENT

When we were shown this picture, we felt pressured to demote Stew20 because of fear that we could be overthrown, from the army that we love. I talked to Mch as to why we really demoted Stew, and he was angry with me, with us. Since then I felt a massive piece of guilt that we let Shab get away with this, when we should of stood up for our fellow owner. His main intention to get Stew out of power was to get Foxtails into power instead, proven by the fact that when Foxtails didn’t win the election he made a post specifically against it on his sit LVARules, where he posts his general thoughts.

When confronted about this picture Shab again labelled it constructive criticism, and that these conversations happen every week. We don’t want our general’s speaking about us in private to get us overthrown because they feel they are not in a good enough position, I feel that is spoilt, and the fact that he wants that same person to be 3ic? I have nothing against Foxtails being Shab’s friend, and he wanting her to be 3ic of ACP, but the fact he continually threatens us to get what he wants has just got to stop. Stew20 was demoted when he was trying his best to be a 3ic and to be honest, it was quite unfair.

He was planning to post this on the CPAC news site for all to see, to gain support for Foxtails as 3ic. Yes, this is an opinion of his and he doesn’t seem to be threatening here, but it’s the fact that he kept trying to push to get Fox as 3ic, even when she had not been chosen he didn’t give up and kept pestering us. This is just one of many incidents that have occurred, but it was nowhere near as bad as the incident that occurred next.

"ULTIMATUM" INCIDENT

Logging onto ACP site, I was greeted with a message saying to read a post sent to Ken’s Facebook. I saw Shab on chat and asked what it was, and he linked this to me. The Ultimatum. Shaboomboom thinks he is the God of ACP at the moment, and what he say MUST go. He demands that we must promote 2 soldiers to 2ic/3ic and demote 2 soldiers or we would be overthrown. When he was telling me this in PC, I went along as though I would accept this, but I also got a few pictures of what he said he would do if we didn’t do it, apart from overthrowing us.

Shaboomboom, 3x retired leader, threatened to make a post about me similar to that of Dryvit to make us lose public support. Yes, he did say “possibly” but you can tell the intention was there, and if I was already deserving of one of those posts wouldn’t he of made it now instead of waiting to use it as a threat? He may come up and call this pressure to make us do things, this is not pressure to make us do what we want to do, it’s to do what YOU want to do. And you aren’t helping us Shaboomboom, you are blackmailing us into getting what you want. If you remember, you said this on your Dryvit post:

I ask, and demand, that these be greatly considered and taken into effect. If you feel the same of myself, feel free to uneditor me and remove my Medal of Honor. That is how much faith and determination I have in fixing this grave error that was allowed to slip through the cracks for so long.

I am starting to feel the same about you Shab, and how you twist things to get what you want, to defend the people who you like. I refuse to lie down and let you dictate the owner ranks of ACP, and the fact you want Talyor as 2ic of ACP and Fox 3ic of ACP? I have nothing against these two soldiers but let me tell you why your “advice” is wrong, if you would call it advice.

• Talyor as 2ic – Where do I start? For starters, I’m sure a lot of people would dislike him as 2ic. You say he helped when he didn’t even have a rank, but that’s not our fault if he didn’t want to be in ACP. Yes, he did help us out greatly when our chat was out, but one-act of helpfulness does not get you Head General in the Army of Club Penguin. The other fact is he is always abusive and inapp on chat before he helped out, always called the leaders “gay fags” etc and was banned at least once a week. That’s not to mean he won’t change, but I definitely would like to see his behaviour for a month, not 1 day, before making him 2ic. I know he has shown real improvement of his attitude, and that is why he will be given a highish rank, but the fact is you don’t even give us an option, it’s do this, do that or your dead. 
• Foxtails as 3ic - You may notice I have not really voiced my praise for Fox, as you made clear in your post that i have a “F***ing Grudge” against her. I do not, it’s just I dislike her actions that she has performed. In the invasion of Fjord on Saturday, our most important event, she refused to go online to CP when she was online at her “Frock” chat. I asked you why she did this and you said because she felt we didn’t “respect her” sounds like someone who was being a bit spoilt. I do not want to make someone who is not loyal a 3ic to ACP, especially when she is already retired. She was also unmodded for a month before her retirement, for being inappropriate and so why you want her as 3ic is a mystery.

There are a lot of people that are more deserving of these roles, people who have been in ACP for 2+ years and has been denied 3ic many times and doesn’t complain, someone who has been LOYAL to ACP and is happy to stay for another few years. I don’t see what you’re trying to get at here, as both your choices seem not that thought about. I will no longer be your puppet threatened by you at every turn when something isn’t right for you.

I don’t know if Oagal has been involved with this, but the actual threat you made is technically illogical, and you can’t be the face of it. You may use this as an excuse to pressure us to make this decision, but as I said above, this isn’t help, Shab. It’s blackmail. I know that you have valuable advice and experience, but the way you try to portray it across is just wrong. I am not treating you like Dryvit, and I do not want to unowner and uneditor you, although if this continues I feel as though you should be punished. You need to understand this is not your army anymore, I even heard that you don’t want to be leader again so stop acting like one. You have told us about demoting soldiers many times and we have said we would do it and eventually ignore that conversation happened, I know you get frustrated and we both can improve. But you are going completely the wrong way about this.

This was a status posted by Shaboomboom yesterday, this does not seem like something that a leader with “advice” would post. Also, notice Foxtail’s comment how she dislikes us, and loves the fact we are “screwed”, a remark from a cocky soldier.

MINOR INCIDENTS

This private post was made when I came back on Holiday to see the mod line had been raised to Master General. I initially didn’t like the idea and talked about changing it to a few ranks lower, and some how that got out so Shaboomboom made this post against me titled “Flipper, your mentally incapable”. Does this seem like what a friendly retired leader would title his post to give you his advice? Just because I disagreed with his original idea, he made a post against me offending people who actually had mental disabilities. Another prime example to how he was the real leader in ACP.

Despite being the great soldier he is with advice for everyone, here is proof that he is completely oblivious to the rules when it comes to friends. Sam does an F-Word which is an auto ban, and Shab comments at least 2 times after he swears with no punishment. He may argue that it was late at night, but F-Word is never acceptable and in midday he bans for reasons which sometimes aren’t even worthy of a kick. This is not really relevant, which is why it’s under the “Minor Incidents” section but it still proves Shab is not perfect either and has no right to boss us around like so.

This was on the STOP SOPA Page when it was published, and here Shaboomboom shows how ruthless and mean he can be to soldiers, not taking anyone’s feeling into account. A few soldiers complain of how rude it was to Slider, but when Fiasco said “I don’t think Shab cares” he replied with a simple ^^^^^^^^ to show that it was the truth, that he does not actually care what others think about what he says, hopefully he realises now that WE care what he says.

Below are messages for people who can play a great role in this problem, and a few messages from soldiers who wish to voice their opinion like us.

To Boomer:  

I know that you may have supported his “Ultimatum” post, but I ask you to look through this post and decide to do what’s best for ACP, not what’s best for one of your best friends. If you want to give us advice, you should tell us straight, not threaten and threaten, it’s gone on long enough. He is a retired leader, as are you, but I feel that this really lies with you. I know you are good friends with Oagal too, and he will strongly consider your opinion, so I just ask you to look from our point of view. This is freedom of speech, the views of many, not just me, and I ask that you listen.

To Oagal:

As I’ve said previously, I do not know where you stand with this or what you are going to do, but again, just look. I don’t want a civil war in ACP especially when there is a Nacho war going on, if you think you should fire me for speaking my opinion when many have been too afraid to do so, then you should. I’m doing what I think is best for ACP and what will benefit us, I do not like Shab’s proposals and the fact he threatens to fire us means he has gone too far.

To Shab:

You have helped us in times when we needed help, like the incident a few days ago with the chat, but enough is enough Shab. We do value your opinion, but this has gone too far, however there WILL be new owner ranks as we do listen, you just need to do it in a less threatening, black-mailing way. Do not consider us as your enemies, as that is the opposite to what we are trying to achieve, it’s just a wake-up call for you Shab. Your not just doing this to us too, it’s to a number of people.

Look Shab, I respect you and to a certain extent greatly admire you but seriously. Leading the ACP used to be somewhat fun and exciting but with all this stress combined with the ones of fighting this war, has made it absolute hell. I get what you are saying, about how we should improve and Flipper and I are working on a new system of communicating. But the difference between your “advice” in owners and positions in the ACP, and other people’s advice like Boomer’s are that they usually are not backed up with threats of any kind! I value you your advice for many reasons but when it comes to the leadership, it always feels like there is a threatening demeanor to it honestly as opposed to PC’s I get from people like Boomer who just suggest what we should do. Tal and Fox are good people, but they should not need you threatening for them to get owner. Tal has been an immense help, and I am sure he is going to get 3ic very soon if he keeps it up but in all seriousness, 2ic immediately is insane. You have the right to advise, but backing up that “advice” with malicious things like blackmail is totally wrong. I am tired of all this stress that your “advice” has been giving me and I rather spend my time improving myself from advice that is constructive and not reinforced with blackmail and coercion. Like Flipper, I respect retired people greatly, I don’t want you unowner or take you off the site either. I am not saying we will, but it is time that this stops. We refuse to be your puppets anymore. You yourself, was the person who taught me to get a backbone and stand up in something I believe in. Well I firmly believe you should really stop what you are doing. I never thought of retiring cause of this and I never will. But I am not going to take anymore of this and it’s time to just stand up for myself, Flipper, and to the soldiers of ACP who are just tired of your negative influence with what you believe to be good intentions for the leaders. You may have good intentions but not only do the leaders have the final word,  the soldiers do too and I think a lot of them do not want you doing this to us anymore. I am just asking you to stop. Enough is enough.

Though ideas and suggestions to help the army are valued, blackmailing and forcing things into action is not. Yes, you may offer a few ideas but demanding something and threatening coups is not the way to go about it. People have always mentioned you as the dictator but how many of them were actually a joke? It seems we shall find out now as your actions have gone far more than just a few suggestions to help us. Yes, you have been with us for years since your many “retirements” and your opinions have been taken into consideration. There’s always been a sense of pressure for the one to take up that idea and that shouldn’t be tolerated. Your reign has gone on long enough and if it is to continue, you must change. You can’t just demand what you want even if you think it is the best thing to do. Your power has not been questioned for what I know of until now. You obviously think that Flipper and Ken’s leadership is not adequate, and I won’t argue, that’s your opinion. However you need to think how they feel every time someone forces them into something, I’d be pretty annoyed and I certainly wouldn’t feel like the leader. Everyone makes mistakes at some point and you can’t just demand power when they happen, being a leader here is not about having perfect politics, taking orders from retired leader but it’s about having fun. Everyone makes mistakes and when a leader so done so he/she shall do better next time. You can’t ask more of someone and ordering them is not the answer. Recently you stated who you think would be best for a certain position, you chose someone as they were apparently the smartest or the most experienced when you have ignored others potential and skipped your target’s flaws. You say you haven’t witnessed others talents when you say you have monitored people coming up for leadership. You have always fought against someone who is speaking a different opinion from your own. For example, Slider had recently stated his opinion which I fully supported and you responded with “you are perhaps one of the biggest idiots I’ve seen”. You claim people haven’t stated reasons against your ideas, but I made sure I stated enough. People are apparently “threatening” you when they are stating their own opinion, I would compare that statement with you. You have utterly ignored people you don’t think are right and you, Shaboomboom are the one who is threatening. Yes, I may not be the best politician or leader but neither are you nor anyone but I still can state my opinion. It seems though from your replies that I can’t. Here is a statement put forward by yourself. “You obviously haven’t read my post and obviously just as thick-headed. Are my reasons to gain power? Are my reasons to get Ken and Flipper to do what I want because I want them to?” From your actions since your “retirements” the answer would be YES. If you wish to reply to do this, do so and I will read it with respect if you do so for everyone else. So that’s my view and I speak for many others here. You either change or you must go, you retired anyway so you really shouldn’t be demanding things. If you wish to get something put forward then rejoin. It will be considered.

Us, Kenneth and I, do have to improve too. As reminded by someone a few days ago “ACP is an army. Not a social club” we must be harsh if we want to succeed, and we must get the best out of everyone, our weakness is to be too kind and to get everyone to like us which is why we are going to start afresh. We are in a war, and if you can’t perform to help us win it, then there is no point in having you. New Owner ranks of ACP following this post will be posted in the next few days, with some tough decisions to make for us leaders.

The goal of this post is not to put you to shame Shab, it’s to let you realize that we are capable of doing this on our own, we can be strong when we need to and you need to let go. You are RETIRED and unless you want to be leader instead of us, you need to stop. Yes, you can give advice, but ultimately we are the leaders. You can choose to throw a hissyfit, reset chat, but that just proves our point. It’s not just me, Shaboomboom, it’s a lot of us. We may be overthrown, disgraced, but it’s the freedom of speech. We are in a war, and we do not need this right now but it has reached the point where to us, Shab is spiraling out of control.

By posting this, all I am doing is defending me, Ken, and our leadership. ACP means the world to us, and we will do anything to defend ourselves when we feel we are being pushed to do things that are wrong. I understand that Shab may come down on me like a ton of bricks and try to make my life hell from now on, but I feel this had to be done.
